I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches. This flexibility allows me to tailor my work to each individual, adapting to their unique needs and personal circumstances.
At the core of my work, I aim to develop an in-depth understanding of my clients’ story. What brings you here? Why do you feel this way, and how has this come to be? In learning about my clients’ experiences we can build on knowledge, tools, and compassion around the challenges that have brought you to therapy.
I now offer Walk and Talk Therapy as well as in-person and online therapy, offering a variety of settings to suit your preferences.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework. Registration no. 388615
